   ### Description
   
   1. Add a 'bugs to be triaged' panel to the dashboard 'Weekly Bug Retro'.
   2. The threshold of bug triage is 7 days. 
   
   ### Use case
   
   As an OSS project maintainer, I noticed that many bugs are closed by the bot without being solved. So, I want these bugs to be displayed on the 'Weekly Bug Retro', then I can see them in case it's been overlooked.
