whenever I see screwy behavior like this, the first thought it that you're somehow running through 
spamassassin multiple times.  perhaps once at the mta and then again from procmail or 
something.

for instance, all of the headers you quoted had a rewrite timestamp of ~20 seconds after the syslog 
entry, which indicates that the syslog lines were done with one scan, then the rewrite occured with 
the second scan.
