   Add unit tests to validate methods under utils package which are defined in [misc.go](https://github.com/apache/incubator-openwhisk-wskdeploy/blob/master/utils/misc.go)
   
   All unit tests should go in misc_test.go under [utils/](https://github.com/apache/incubator-openwhisk-wskdeploy/blob/master/utils)
