Is Axis-C packaged for RHEL or SLES?

Hi,

Is Axis-C packaged for RHEL or SLES? I mean when I installed RHEL or SLES 
Linux, Axis-C is ready for me? If Not, is there any other C++ webservices 
stacks (e.g. gSOAP) are packaged into RHEL or SLES?
