As a random observation, the file

>     httpd/site/trunk/docs/not_found.html

looks to be hand-crafted from a stylized page, but not regenerated on that
template.  If someone wanted to hack up an xdocs/not_found.xml source, that
would be nifty to avoid missing style / template changes in the future.

OTOH, this page doesn't appear to be currently used as an error response :)
