for those who want to use Git

Hi all,

I recall we had a discussion about this but I just found there's an easy
way of basically just use Git without having to change the whole Infra
setup, see http://wiki.apache.org/general/GitAtApache

BTW also consider one can fork the ASF repo, create feature branches in
one's own github fork to show what the changes look like (see [1] as an
example) for review and then commit them with git-svn or by creating a
patch from the forked branch.
