Was that sarcasm? A newly added test that fails is better than new code that
fails an old test because it wasn't tested before checkin. Do you expect every
developer to have every platform and tool version handy to run their tests
before checking in? In any case I reproduced it last night while working on
getting bug #3039 correct for WIN32 so I am assigning this to me until I check
in my other changes.
