[DISCUSS]Retire Marvin-AI from the incubator

Hi,

If we don't have an active PPMC or community, the project will not be
able to continue in the incubator. At the same time, the project has
had very little activity in the past two years, and there are only two
contributors. Therefore, the community should discuss whether to start
retiring.

Best wishes!

Hi,
Could we make the community active again, you can contact other PPMCs or active contributors in the community, If there is no one or any planning, then retirement may be the only option.
Could we make the community active again, and if so,
what is the specific plan? If there is no one or any planning,
then retirement may be the only option.

Hello Calvin,

I think at this point, there is just not much development discussion going
on to push the codebase further for now.
We do have a few contributions here and there, but those are not enough to
spark the discussion.

Best Regards,
Wei

Hi,

Here is document:[1]
the points of discussion should be whether the community can continue, and if so, what are we going to do about it?

Hello Calvin,

I am probably one of the two contributors.
What do you think should be the process of discussion?

Best Regards.
Wei

Hello Calvin,

It is very difficult, and I think it really requires a large community to
scale the goal of the project.
It will be reasonable to launch the vote.

Best Regards,
Wei

Hi,
If there is no possibility for the community to continue, I will launch a formal vote to retire in three days.
