Also modernized the "Solr Cores and solr.xml" page by moving info about historic core tags of solr.xml into an info box and adding text about creating cores and collections through APIs and bin/solr.
I added a paragraph for "Using ZooKeeper to Manage Configuration Files" that talks about the need for uploading certain files to ZK before first cluster start. I mentioned security.json as an example, but if that is not yet officially documented I can take it out?
