New feature heads-up

Hi all,

I am presently working on a patch for the SQL 2008 <result offset
clause> and <fetch first clause>. It may not get ready in time, but
I'd love get get it in if possible.

Cf. DERBY-4079; a first working patch is available for review; tests
still missing.
