[Issue 126498] New: INSERTED IMAGES ONLY VIEWED IN PRINT PREVIEW
https://bz.apache.org/ooo/show_bug.cgi?id=126498
Issue ID: 126498
Issue Type: DEFECT
Summary: INSERTED IMAGES ONLY VIEWED IN PRINT PREVIEW
Product: Writer
Version: 4.1.1
Hardware: Mac
OS: Mac OSX, 10.7
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: normal
Priority: P5
Component: viewing
Assignee: issues@openoffice.apache.org
Reporter: derekmankelow@btinternet.com
Only today for no apparent reason I suddenly cannot see images pasted/inserted
into a Text document.
An empty white box titled "Graphics1" appears-this can be resized, moved etc
and even re-titled but is otherwise useless. This has made editing the
document, inserting text etc., very difficult obviously.
BUT if I use page preview and printing DOES show the image inserted and how the
page looks.
I can only see the image if I create a box/frame and insert the image into it,
but then I cannot resize that image.
I must have changed settings/options somehow but cannot see what I have done.
Others have had this problem but the solution via Tools / Options does not seem
to apply in this version…
