Re: A copyright error on your website

This email is an obvious come on for a commercial service.  They did point
out a real dead link.

I found the original content using the Wayback Machine.  An updated URI
that has the original content is

http://copyright.gov/circs/circ1a.html

I can't edit the wiki, however, in order to correct the link.
