release anyone?

Anyone feeling release vibes in the air? 

it's been a good 2.5 months and some things have accumulated. 
Maybe the start of June would be a good target?

Is there any chance of considering https://github.com/apache/httpd/pull/318
as part of the release? It seems like a small & harmless change to support
a new RFC, so I’d expect it to be uncontroversial.
