The projects-new repo includes the file datatables.css.

This appears to be from the DataTables project [1] but there is nothing listed in the SVN history, and it is not clear which version it is.

For maintenance purposes, it would really help to have these details.

Also the CSS is squashed into a single line with no comments.
Is that necessary? If so, there should be a normal version as well.
