[PR] MINOR: Check the argument in member setSubscribedTopicNames [kafka]

dajac opened a new pull request, #24058:

   `setSubscribedTopicNames` in the `ConsumerGroupMember` and
   `ShareGroupMember` builders checks the builder field instead of its
   argument, so the check is always true and a null argument throws a
   `NullPointerException`.
   
   This patch checks the argument instead. A null list now leaves the
   subscribed topic names unchanged.
