Java Launcher unable to create JVM
I am trying to use the Commons Launcher for the first time and I am getting a dialog box popping up stating that the Java Virtual Machine can not be created. I run the 'bat' file listed below, and after a couple of seconds, the dialog box pops up. Is there something I am missing for the Launcher? I looked at the example and read the API documentation, but I do not see what is wrong. Can anyone help?
Thanks,
Peter

Is the example working?
What's your environment? (environment variables, JVM version, ...)
