App Developer's Guide Example

When browsing the Application Developer's Guide (http://jakarta.apache.org/tomcat/tomcat-4.1-doc/appdev/index.html), when I click on the Example Application link (http://jakarta.apache.org/tomcat/tomcat-4.1-doc/appdev/sample/), I recieve a directory page.

Sorry, but I don't know how to download this directory and its contents to my machine (Windows).  I can't download the individual files because when I click on web/ (http://jakarta.apache.org/tomcat/tomcat-4.1-doc/appdev/sample/web/), the index.html page in that directory is displayed as html.  At that point the directory structure is invisible to me.

Thanks for any pointers.
