   In the newer versions of `rocketmq-spring-boot-starter`, message timeout and transaction rollback interval are configured via:
   
   ```yaml
   rocketmq:
     producer:
       send-message-timeout: 3000      # milliseconds
       retry-times-when-send-failed: 2
       retry-times-when-send-async-failed: 2
   ```
   
   For transaction messages:
   ```yaml
   rocketmq:
     producer:
       transaction-listener:
         check-interval: 60000         # milliseconds (default: 60s)
         check-timeout: 60000          # milliseconds
         max-check-times: 15
   ```
   
   These properties map to the underlying `DefaultMQProducer` settings.
