Help!

I need to install and configure Slide and I wasn't able to do this (I 
tried to do the steps explained in http://jakarta.apache.org/slide/conf-
lib.html but I wasn't able to make the configuration), so I will be 
very happy if someone will explain me what I have to do, step by step.
