need to setup custom error page when somebody accesses stopped web application

Summary: need to setup custom error page when somebody accesses
                    stopped web application
           Product: Tomcat 4
           Version: 4.0 Final
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Enhancement
          Priority: Other
         Component: Catalina
        AssignedTo: tomcat-dev@jakarta.apache.org
        ReportedBy: taavi@ibs.ee

Dear tomcat developers,

There is this manager application that can stop and start web application
without shutting down entire container. Would it be possible to define custom
error page if somebody tries to access url that falls into context of a stopped
web application?

I really do not want to undeploy my application but I need to make it
unavailable once in a while in order to do some maintanance. It would be very
nice to have a custom web page explaining that this web application is shut
down for some reason and will be up again after ... minutes.

What do you think? Or can it be done allready without undeploying application?

with very best wishes,
Taavi
