Xalan C++ Linux build is working again

Hi All,

I've fixed the Linux build of Xalan C++ so that it works with the Xerces
sources as of this past Tuesday.  I don't expect that any Xerces changes
since then have broken anything, but I'll do another build later today with
the very latest from the Xerces tree.  If there are any problems, I'll fix
them immediately.
