[DISCUSS] Hop 0.70 Release

Hi All,

We have made great progress over the past few weeks/months. I think it is
time to start thinking about a 0.70 vote and release.

I would like to start working on the package and vote this thursday, unless
there are tickets that you think should be resolved before moving forward.

Please give a shout before thursday the 25th 0 AM CET if there are any
objections.

We're closing in on 200 resolved JIRA cases for 0.70 and that is over twice
as much as the previous release.
So I think it's high time to release another version.
