           Summary: fileset with attributes does not the same as fileset
                    with nested elements
           Product: Ant
           Version: 1.6.2
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Windows 2000
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: Core
        AssignedTo: dev@ant.apache.org
        ReportedBy: holger.schott@tsi-mms.de

this :
            <copy todir="${mydir}">
                <fileset dir="${mysource}">
                    <includesfile name="myincludes.txt"/>
                    <exclude name="**/*.jar"/>
                </fileset>
            </copy>

and that :
            <copy todir="${mydir}">
                <fileset dir="${mysource}"
                         includesfile="myincludes.txt"
                         excludes="**/*.jar"/>
            </copy>

does not the same.

let's assume myincludes.txt contains "lib/component.jar"
in the first example component.jar will be copied
in the second example it wont
