Both Tomcat 5 and Tomcat 6 have the following in the top-level footer section:
Current stable version is m.n.o
Tomcat 7 does not; perhaps it should?
Also, there's an old (August) version of TC7 still on the current dist.
[Likewise for TC6; TC5 only has the current version]

There is no reason to change the Tomcat 7 download page. That text is there as
we may release 6.0.x+1 as beta when 6.0.x is stable. We don't do that for
Tomcat 7.
I have removed the old releases from /dist.
