As a user, I would like to be able to develop a flow in one place using one registry then deploy and continually update that versioned flow to another location (no network connectivity between the two). This could be done by exporting flow and the different versions and allowing them to be uploaded to the UI.

This is similar to how you can create patches in git to be applied in other repos. 

If my understanding is correct, this should be able to be done by using the same REST endpoints that NiFi uses.
