daedalus is running httpd-2.0.pre40b

...which is Sander's new STRIKER_2_0_40_PRE2 tag, since Tuesday, 06-Aug-2002
21:20:03 PDT.  Nothing to complain about so far :) :)

tcl.apache.org is now running behind daedalus's main httpd via ProxyPass.  IMO
that's goodness because now we get a chance to shake out reverse proxy bugs.  I
was pleasantly surprised that it was easy for a proxy newbie to configure.
