   SUBMARINE-1055 - Use builder pattern to simplify construction of
   controller
   -

      After some discussion, we decide to remove the controller interface
      and builder interface
      -

      Use lowercase letter to restrict access outside of package
      -

      Need to combine two steps of event handler setup
      -

      And fix some typos
      -

   SUBMARINE-1054 - Refactor submarine operator
   -

      Read yaml and build components from yaml (without helm syntax)
      -

   SUBMARINE-1058 - Refactor database
   -

      An ORM framework which can generate CRUD automatically (ex: Hibernate
      with Spring)
      -

      Transaction for sql operation making the operation easier and safer
      -

      Need to discuss useless table
