eKit Editor
I am having a lot of problems with the eKit Editor in this application.
I cannot upload images ( I get Bad Location Exception occurred ) or
insert Tables ( RuntimeException ). Are there some sort of settings
that need to be modified? All I really care about is the ability to
upload images. Any Suggestions?

Hi
I just want to draw attention to the FCKEditor (http://www.fckeditor.net/).
It's very comprehensive, very configurable and very compatible with a wide
range of browsers. It's also LGPL licensed.
Hmm.. Perhaps something I might try to implement my self.
Kind regards

We ship several different editors with Roller, but the only two that
I use are the plain text editor and RTE. I use RTE for my personal
blog and, except for the fact that it won't work in Safari, it works
great.
You'll have mixed results with the other editors. If you're doing a
new Roller installation, I'd recommend that you remove all editors
from the list except for text and RTE. You can do that on the Roller
Configuration page.
I haven't used Ekit in quite some time and the last time I tried it,
I only verified that basic post and edit operations work. I didn't
realize it had an image upload feature and I don't understand how
image upload could possibly work with Roller.
And to the roller-dev list: personally, I think we should ditch Ekit.
It doesn't work all that well and it's LGPL.
