Summary: Setting threshold on RollingFileAppender fails on 1.3
alpha
Product: Log4j
Version: 1.3alpha
Platform: PC
OS/Version: Windows XP
Status: NEW
Severity: normal
Priority: P2
Component: Appender
AssignedTo: log4j-dev@logging.apache.org
ReportedBy: andy.mcbride@dsl.pipex.com
As the org.apache.log4j.RollingFileAppender class is now a wrapper around the
real appender it does not inherit the threshold property from AppenderSkeleton
which leads to failure to set the threshold level from a config file.
