[ann] couchc simple CouchDB internal API wrapper

Just a quick mail to let you know I released couchc, a simple library
that wrap couchdb internal API in simple functions. I will use it to
create some Couchdb plugins. Hope it can be use useful for some. Any
feedback is appreciated.
