docs dir

Hi,

Seems Manuel just had the same thought ...

The docs dir contains old stuff that isn't needed anymore (maybe except
xml2pdf.xsl which could be moved to a new examples/xslt dir)

So, has anybody objections if I remove the docs dir?

No objections. xml2pdf.xsl is the only thing worth saving but only if
somebody updates xslfoRef.xml to Recommendation level at some point. I'd
move the two files to examples/fo/fo-reference so it doesn't get lost in
the depths of SVN history.
