By analogy with *BplusInnerIo* and *BplusLeafIo*, BplusMetaIo needs to be made abstract so that b+tree metadata can be extended, for example, for indexes.
At the same time, it should be taken into account that at the beginning a list of page identifiers for each level is stored and this list is not limited.
