## Bug Report
**version 5.1.0 shardingsphere-jdbc-core-spring-boot-starter**
in debug mode, the application can not successfully start
console log shows that:

i have checked the maven configs, i found that the shardingsphere-db-discovery contains the quartz package, but i just didnt set any database discovery configuration.

i'm just wondering how to disable the quartz schedule
