[jsr-252] xsd schema

Hi,

MYFACES-1257 [1] says that in JSF 1.2 we have to use a schema for
validation. Can we use the same schema that the JSF-RI? Is there any
legal problem with that? I guess there is no problem if we include
Sun's license header on the file?
