PersistenceManagerFactoryImpl won't compile

Ok I give up, should I make the change and fix the problem or is something wrong with my setup?
I was trying to run the junit tests and all ant processes and I got the same error in both:
it seems org.apache.orjb.jdo.PersistenceManagerFactoryImpl.java (68:8) is not abstract and does not override abstract method close() in javax.jdo.PersistenceManagerFactory.
Same problem with retrieveAll(java.lang.Object[], boolean) in same class.
I'm using JDO reference implementation 1.0.1, since 1.0 is not available for download.

Well, JDO 1.0.1 supposed to be better. Can OJB become 1.0.1-compatible
at some point. Or at least compilable?
Thanks

I must be blind. This is exactly where I went.
I do see the 1.0 reference implementation link, but when the link is followed there doesn't seem to be any binaries to download.
If I flow the link to 1.0.1 it takes me to the JCP's JSR page, with a reference to download the binaries or source, and then to the page where I see a download link for the 1.0.1 JDO binaries or source.
What's the deal?

?? Sun does not allow to download the JDO 1.0 anymore? Then we have a
problem since OJB does not work at all with JDO 1.01. Try to download it
from here:

(See at the end the links to the JDO 1.0).
