Display bug with PSML references

Hi,
  i have submitted 2 days ago a display bug
with AggregatePortlets. => Sometimes when i click
on actions ( controls.Maximize, etc.), the menu
bar with tab panes disappear. The problem was linked
to AggregatePortlet that i use in most of my PSML.

I have tried to replace AggregatePortlets with PSML
references but i still get this bug.

Does anybody has the same problem?
