Weekly Status

I will be in a final during the meeting today. This week I:

1) solved and committed a fix for a VXQuery issue
2) attempted a channel merge with master, and re-initialized a discussion
on feeds and channels changes
3) got global let statements to be treated as global in the case of non
pure functions (current time). This code change led to some interesting
questions in cases where current time might be used to probe an index, so I
had some discussion on this as well.
