Helps to compile a XML Schema

Hi!!!
 
My name's Rodrigo A Macedo
I'm from Brazil.
 
How do they go you? 
I am new in the use of these technology and it would like yours a lot aid so
that it can solve a problem.
I have an I file XSD and I already made his/her parser, but I don't get to
compile the outline. 
I could help myself with executing the process of compilation of this
schema.
