You need to list the
Alias /errors/include/ ...
ABOVE the 
Aliase /errors/ ...
or else it will be ignored.

We should mention that explicitly in the comments.

In a future version, you will also get an error in the error log if you
use an Alias that will be ignored like that.

As far as customizing the "generic" (I assume you mean internal) error messages,
there is really no reason to do that when you can simply use custom
error messages.
