Burn Lewis commented on UIMA-597:

We provide two different versions of RunAE .... the runAE script uses one in org.apache.uima.tools while the Eclipse launch configuration uses a back-level one in org.apache.uima.examples.  RunCPE is the only other (of the 11) that uses example code, but it is the only implementation.
