To avoid having to type identical paragraphs over and over, it would be nice to have an option as moderator to insert a canned response into the comment reply textfield.

An example of such a response would be:
"This is not a Q&A section. Please use either the mailinglist users@httpd.apache.org or our IRC channel #httpd at irc.freenode.net for support."

An extension on this could be a canned response management page where moderators can add/delete/edit the canned responses for their site, and give them a label which could be used to reference them in a drop-down box.
