The enable-background attribute set to "new" in an SVG file element generate a
NullPointerException in Cocoon when calling a BackgroundImage (or a BackgroundAlph).

The test has been done with two serializer: type="svg2jpeg" and type="svg2png".

The same SVG file is however correctly rendered with the rastizer shipped sith
batik-1.5.1.
