Karaf-EIK Feature Repositories empty

I have just installed Apache Karaf EIK on Eclipse Luna SR2
(eclipse-jee-luna-SR2-win32-x86_64) in order to check if I can get rid of
Eclipse PDE... I have also installed Apache Karaf 4.0.0.M2 on my Windows
machine. Everything seems to work fine, but the "Feature Repositories" view
in my Eclipse is empty. I have cloned the Karaf EIK repo and started a
build. The build process succeeds on Java 7 and fails under Java 8. I
installed the plugin "org.apache.karaf.eik.repository.zip" located
"karaf-eik\repository\target".

Are there any issues known concerning the "Feature Repositories" view and
Karaf EIK? Please have a look to the attached screenshot.

I have also tried Karaf 3.0.2... The view gets populated so it seems to be a
4.x issue, but in both installations and cannot add or activate any features
to OSGi start configurations. Have a look to the screenshot.

Thanks for the report.

Actually, I didn't try EIK with K4. Let me run a try.
