[ANNOUNCE] ActiveMQ-CPP Version 3.2.2 Released

Hi Everyone,

Its official, AcitveMQ-CPP v3.2.2 has now been released.  This release 
addresses some problems users were having with segfaults from APR code
during startup, also receiving an empty MapMessage should now work.
