[jira] Resolved: (FELIX-1111) Ability to run Karaf on Equinox
[ https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/FELIX-1111?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:all-tabpanel ]
Guillaume Nodet resolved FELIX-1111.
------------------------------------
Resolution: Fixed
Fix Version/s: karaf-1.0.0
Problems have been resolved AFAIK.
There is still one problem which is that the "osgi/list" command does not display correctly the state of Spring-DM powered bundles if the gshell.osgi bundle has been started after some other bundles, but this is not related to equinox.

> Not sure how to do that, but we need to be able to run on equinox.
> A possibility would be to include both felix and equinox in two different main jars and ship both.
> Another option would be to have two different distributions.
> In both cases, we need to first investigate possible problems with equinox and solve them.
