if a product store does not have a facility selected, get all sorts of error messages on the ecommerce page.
Though this is in the demo data, it can be missed by someone modifing.
if someone is manually creating a product store it is not required input. and should be.
though we can put in the required in the form and service
should also have EECA that checks that the facilityID is in the ProductStore record as well.
