[Issue 125514] a chart copied onto the same sheet does not have the option to change the DataRange

Thank you for reporting a bug, to make OpenOffice better. There is indeed a
problem with copying charts. We track it already in bug 122897. There you will
find two solutions to get a copy, in short: (1) Use drag-drop (2) use
Navigator. Please read details in the bug 122897.
