On Centos 6, SystemStateInfoTest is failing:

Expected: (state[SystemStateInfo::NET_RX_PACKETS]) > (0), actual: 0 vs 0
Stacktrace
/data/jenkins/workspace/impala-asf-master-exhaustive-centos6/repos/Impala/be/src/util/system-state-info-test.cc:55
Expected: (state[SystemStateInfo::NET_RX_PACKETS]) > (0), actual: 0 vs 0{noformat}
Unfortunately, this is being masked by IMPALA-8371, which prevents this from reporting the test as failed.
