[Operator] Documentation links are broken

Hey everyone,

I just learned that the links to the Solr Operator documentation are broken.

This is due to how the GithubPages settings are handled, and even though
nothing on our end changed, it seems like the settings have changed.

I've opened a JIRA with ASF Infra, so hopefully this gets handled quickly.

Just wanted to call this out in case anyone comes across it before the fix
is implemented.
