Rationalize the jsorpc binding's use of json-rpc-java and jettison dependencies
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: TUSCANY-2703
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/TUSCANY-2703
             Project: Tuscany
          Issue Type: Improvement
            Reporter: ant elder
             Fix For: Java-SCA-2.0

To use the json-rpc binding requires both the json-rpc-java and jettison dependencies, this could be simplified to require only one or the other.
